Real estate investing has literally changed my life over the last 8 years. I started off as a “flipper” but eventually graduated to a mature, Buy and Hold investor. Buying and Holding real estate has had a dramatic impact on my life and it has provided me with what we call “passive income”. Step 3 – Embrace “modeling” which is a fancy term for applying proven systems to your business. This is important for every aspect of your business from finding deals to renting them to qualified tenants.

Step 4 – Take action and don’t be afraid to make a few mistakes.

If you follow this advice early on, you will better off, guaranteed.

You need a mentor or maybe if you are anything like me, you need an ARMY of mentors! Mentors can cut years off of your learning curve and save you tons of headaches. Here is an example of how a mentor helped me.
I always hear how “RISKY” real estate investing is and to be quite honest with you, I disagree. Sure, wild erratic purchases of war zone properties that are 120 years old and sat vacant for a decade, YEAH, that IS risky, like gambling in Vegas, maybe worse.
